Despite Hurricane Harvey and the mass devastation it caused, our LNV staff truly came together in widespread fashion to provide relief to our LNV family and the surrounding community.
LNV decided to give back in the best way we know how – a ‘Call to Action’ to support our LNV family. LNV leadership and our personnel assisted our employees who were devastated by the storm. LNV cut down trees, removed debris, provided generators, food, and supplies needed to restore our hard-working family.
In addition, LNV set up a charging station in Aransas Pass, Texas, to help recharge phones and power tools for the local community and provided housing for 12 out-of-town engineers volunteering to complete assessments in surrounding areas affected by the storm.
LNV also teamed with local firms to serve over 1,000 hot meals to local residents and supported Boy Scout Troop 87 and Cub Scout Pack 296 from Corpus Christi to adopt Fulton Troops 3904, 49 and their families. They delivered supplies to families, assisted with clean up and served food to the citizens and volunteers in the area. All of donations received went towards Boy Scouts that were affected by the hurricane.
LNV is proud of the company and community-wide camaraderie our fellow residents have shown each other. Recovery efforts are still needed.
