LNV provides a wide variety of environmental consulting services. Our specialities include solid waste management services, environmental management services, environmental permitting services and environmental and safety training. LNV’s staff has had extensive interaction with federal, state and local regulatory authorities and is very familiar with State of Texas laws and regulations. The primary agency regulating solid waste is the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). We have an excellent working relationship with the TCEQ, both at the state and regional level and are well versed in their regulations. We also have familiarity with other regulations recognized in the state of Texas, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and the Texas Department of Transportation regulations.

Safety Training

LNV provides low-cost safety training and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance assistance for you and your employees that is specific to your business. Our OSHA authorized instructors provide thorough, easy to understand, multimedia presentations utilizing PowerPoint and safety videos. Each of our training sessions are performed by an OSHA authorized instructor in English and/or Spanish at the location and time of your choice. Educating your employees on the importance of safety awareness will provide an additional benefit to them and to you. We are also able to assist you with OSHA required written programs that document your safety procedures and policies.

LNV also provides environmental training for topics such as Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Control and Countermeasure Plans and Site Operating Plans.
