Experience Mr. Jarratt has 31 years of
experience with the Texas Department of Transportation
in all phases of highway design, maintenance,
construction, and bridge design. He has completed TxDOT
Level III Roadway Design and Level III Pavement Design
as well as numerous AASHTO and Extension Service
training courses. Mr. Jarratt supervised a design team
for his last six years with TxDOT and was Project
Manager in charge of his entire roadway design and
schematic development for various projects. Mr. Jarratt
retired from TxDOT in 1993 and entered the private
sector. He has now added fourteen additional years of
experience in the design and construction of
transportation facilities. Mr. Jarratt is
pre-certified to perform work with the Texas Department
of Transportation (TxDOT) in following work categories:
