Experience Ms. Kelly is a Senior Project
Engineer/Project Manager with over 14 years of
consulting engineering experience for private and
publicly owned utilities throughout the Southwest. She
has proven strengths in project management and client
service roles with the ability to clearly define project
scope and effectively use resources to keep projects on
track no matter how unusual or complex. Through the
years Ms. Kelly has successfully developed client
relationships in the central Texas region with
exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership
skills. Ms. Kelly’s engineering projects include water
and reclaimed water distribution and wastewater
collection system improvements as well as inspection and
rehabilitation of existing buried infrastructure
utilizing trenchless and conventional cut and cover
technology. Her Business Consulting projects include
managed competition, change management, progression
path, benchmarking, business optimization, risk analysis
and asset management programs. |
