Experience
Mr. Viera has over eleven years experience in designing water, wastewater, streets, drainage, and land/site development. His experience includes platting, planning, water distribution, water treatment, wastewater collection, wastewater treatment, streets, and drainage. He currently performs engineering services for more than twenty different municipalities and utility districts in the Central and South Texas Area. He works closely with administrative and operations personnel in the planning and implementation of capital improvement programs in a timely and cost effective manner. Mr. Viera has worked with many federal and state agencies such as Office Of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA), Texas Water Development Board (TWDB), Rural Development, and the Department of Commerce to assist municipalities in funding infrastructure and economic development projects. Mr. Viera is Vice-President and Project Manager for LNV Engineering.
