Experience
Mr. Bielawski is a licensed professional Engineer in Nevada and Texas with more than 23 years of professional experience in the water, wastewater and environmental fields as a project manager, engineer, and lead inspector. He also has over 5 years experience as a wastewater treatment plant supervisor and operator. His qualifications include the preparation, review and approval of engineering designs and technical reports for water supply and groundwater monitoring wells, water and wastewater systems, and environmental remediation systems. He has also performed construction supervision of water, wastewater, and environmental remediation systems. Mr. Bielawski supervised the operation of water and wastewater systems at the Nevada test-site for over 6 years while being employed by the prime operations contractors for the US Department of Energy. His experience also includes the development of design criteria for wastewater facilities, requirements for wastewater operation and maintenance manuals and effluent reuse regulations while employed at the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection. Mr. Bielawski has developed and conducted community college courses, and numerous training seminars on a variety of wastewater topics throughout Nevada. As a result of his achievements in education of rural wastewater treatment plant operators, he received a Certificate of Appreciation from EPA Headquarters in Washington D.C. in December of 1988 for the professional advancement of the industry throughout the state of Nevada.
