Experience
Mr. duMenil has over 30 years managing
people, equipment, programs, and projects
related to civil and military engineering
and construction. His military career
culminated as the Deputy District Engineer
in the Memphis District of the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers where he was responsible
for flood control, navigation, environmental
restoration, and regulatory programs along
355 miles of the Mississippi River. He held
unlimited contracting officer status in that
position. In his post retirement years, Mr.
duMenil has experience as a project manager
and construction manager for land
development projects, vertical
rehabilitation projects, and drainage
infrastructure. His most recent experience
with the City of San Antonio as the Storm
Water Utility Administrator saw him
overseeing all aspects of the water quantity
and quality issues for the 8th largest city
in the nation. He now serves as the Director
of Special Programs, responsible for federal
program and project management small
business opportunities and works out of the
San Antonio Branch Office. |
