Mr. Leyendecker has over 35 years of South Texas construction experience on a wide variety of projects dealing with utilities, earthwork, paving, culverts and bridge structures. He has owned and managed construction companies for over 20 years and has experience with federal, state, municipal and private construction projects. Mr. Leyendecker has a proven track record of managing construction projects that are completed on schedule and within budget while exceeding quality standards.
