Experience
Mr. Villarreal joined LNV in January 2008. For the past seven years, Mr. Villarreal has gained extensive experience by working on a variety of projects as a Graduate Engineer and Engineer-in-Training. In addition to providing engineering design and calculations for land development projects, he gained valuable experience from working directly with clients in the planning phase of projects, working closely with in-house staff through the design of projects, and working with contractors through the construction phase to ensure that projects are constructed according to the site civil construction plans. Mr. Villarreal has experience designing and permitting multi-million dollar retail projects such as the Hill Country Galleria and the Shops at the Galleria as well as smaller retail/commercial projects such as Jack-in-the-Box restaurants throughout the state of Texas. His experience also extends to small residential subdivisions and large multi-family residential developments.
