Experience Mr. Naiser has over 18 years of experience on a wide
variety of projects dealing with roadway widening,
roadway rehabilitation, bridge replacement, drainage,
curb and gutter with storm sewer, drainage, traffic
signals, Bridge Inspection and Appraisal Program (BRINSAP),
and traffic engineering. Mr. Naiser has over 11 years
experience working on highway and street projects for
Texas Department of Transportation. As Project Manager
for LNV, Mr. Naiser has
worked with TxDOT, Municipalities throughout the Coastal Bend
Region of Texas providing engineering services on a wide
variety of projects including highway, street, drainage,
and utilities. Mr. Naiser is Vice-President and
Project Manager for LNV Engineering and
Principal-in-Charge for the San Antonio office and
transportation.
