The professional staff includes Texas Licensed Engineers, Texas Licensed Architects, Registered Professional Land Surveyors, Engineers-in-Training, Technicians / Designers, Survey Technicians, Certified Water Utility Operators Class II, Certified Wastewater Operator Class C, Certified Flood Plain Managers and Certified Windstorm Inspectors.
