Experience

Mr. Milligan has over 18 years of experience in building design and project management. He is registered as an Architect in the state of Texas. His career includes the design of commercial, institutional and residential structures. These projects have been performed for various clients including municipalities, school districts, the regional transportation authority, developers, property managers, and individual home owners. Mr. Milligan also has extensive experience in project management, contract administration and production of architectural projects.

Mr. Milligan has performed various projects in past years for south Texas school districts. Previous experience includes programming, schematic (on site) design, design development and production for various projects for various districts. Mr. Milligan has also performed contract administration on projects for these districts.

Mr. Milligan has performed as project manager for all of the RTA’s master plan projects totaling over ten million. Mr. Milligan was instrumental in implementing the master plan which includes the new administration building and the renovation of the bus maintenance facility.
