Experience
Mr. Spina graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona, focusing on Transportation, Structural and Geotechnical Engineering.

Mr. Spina joined LNV Engineering in February of 2005 and has performed engineering work for clients such as the Texas Department of Transportation, City of San Antonio, Bexar County and the City of Helotes. He has assisted in hydrology and hydraulic design and roadway design and has assisted LNV Engineering in their duties as City Engineer for the City of Helotes.
