Experience Ms. Hesseltine has 10 years of
experience in environmental and geotechnical engineering
in the South Texas area. As a former Project Engineer
for CAS Engineering Services, Inc., Ms. Hesseltine was
responsible for providing QC/QA on numerous landfill
cell construction projects, preparing
registration/permit applications for Type V MSW
facilities, preparing permit modifications and permit
amendments for MSW facilities, preparing Spill
Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans for
various facilities, preparing air permits, performing
Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, performing
wetland delineations and preparing USACE permits.
As a former Project Engineer with Fugro Consultants
LP (Corpus Christi, Texas), Ms. Hesseltine was
responsible for all technical and operational aspects of
geotechnical engineering projects. She also performed
technical review and reporting of QC/QA monitoring and
testing during the construction phase of projects. Prior
to her position with Fugro Consultants LP, Ms.
Hesseltine was employed by Applied Petroleum
Technologies (Corpus Christi, Texas) where she was
responsible for managing all aspects of numerous leaking
underground petroleum storage tank sites throughout
South Texas. |
